Customer Service Update

We are continuing to trade in order to support our all our customers including building maintenance, agriculture and fishing, utilities, public service projects and helping retailers overcome the more recent challenges of social distancing by supplying line marking paints and tapes.

The safety and health of our employees and customers has always been paramount. During this pandemic we are following the latest Government advice on working and have introduced enhanced hygiene protocols. All staff who can work from home are doing so and for those who cannot, the latest Government advice on working on site is followed at all times. This includes following Public Health England guidelines including, where possible, maintaining a 2 metre distance from others, washing hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds (or using hand sanitiser gel if soap and water is not available), and that all other relevant health and safety precautions are in place.
